By accessing or using YTrimmer ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

YTrimmer provides 2 free audio trims per day per user. This limit is tracked in your browser's localStorage and resets at midnight (local time). The limit exists to ensure fair access for all users and to cover infrastructure costs.

Attempting to circumvent the daily usage limit (e.g. by clearing localStorage or using automation) is a violation of these terms.

YTrimmer may be used to:

• Trim or crop audio from YouTube videos for personal, non-commercial use.
• Create audio clips for personal listening, study, or research where permitted by applicable fair use / fair dealing rules.
• Process content you own or have explicit permission to edit.

You may NOT use YTrimmer to:

• Download, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted material without authorisation.
• Circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) or access controls.
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission.
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or any other platform's terms.
• Scrape, abuse, or overload the YTrimmer infrastructure.

All audio content retrieved through YTrimmer remains the property of its respective copyright holders. YTrimmer does not claim any ownership over content you process.

If you believe content accessible through the service infringes your copyright, please contact the content host (YouTube / Google) directly. YTrimmer does not host any audio content.

YTrimmer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The service may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTrimmer and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any copyright claims arising from your use of downloaded content.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
